At what point does today cease to be today?
Midnight does not, by itself, close the logging day. The default boundary is 02:00 in the phone’s local time zone. An entry before that boundary belongs to the preceding logging day.
The boundary can be changed. A new boundary takes effect at its next occurrence; the day is not reopened immediately upon selection.
