1. Origin of values
Protein values are entered by the user. Foods can be saved with user-supplied per-serving values and logged again. The app does not identify foods or provide authoritative nutritional values.

The optional daily minimum is set by the user. The app does not calculate a dietary requirement or give dietary advice.
3. Location of records
The record is held on the iPhone. No account is issued. The application makes no network connections and does not collect user data. Manual CSV export is available through the share sheet.
Phone backups can include app data when enabled. The Privacy page describes this separately, together with this website’s hosting and contact information.
4. Determination of totals
Artificial intelligence is not consulted in the determination of totals. Values are supplied by the person using the app. The total is calculated by addition.
This statement concerns the determination of totals, not the tools used to develop the application or this website.
5. Daily records
The app keeps a local history. The daily total is the sum of entries assigned to that day. See HMP-RN-001 §4 for the distinction between a retained record and a current total.
The default logging day begins at 02:00 in the phone’s current local time zone. Entries before the boundary belong to the preceding logging day. A changed boundary takes effect at its next occurrence, without immediate retroactive reassignment.
